Share video cloud recording with external parties
We would like to share links to cloud meeting recordings as we need to share this information with clients for trainings, for example. We would like to be able to share these meeting recordings without having to download the file and send the recording to the client/customer.

Ring Central Video is too Resource Intensive
The reason for this request is that it seems unrealistic to have to close all other programs in order to have a RC video call work. One of the video attendees said if they attend a Zoom meeting, it is fine. I’m sure the issue is related to computer resources, but I am surprised there would be such a large difference between zoom and RC. We need to have Ring Central Video function like Zoon and not be so resource intensive.

RC Meetings - add an option to join from RC App to the RCM Join from Browser page
In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. Disable require password for Personal Meetings in the Admin Portal
So far, we only have the option to enable/disable the 'Require Password' option for Scheduled Meetings on the Admin Portal.
It would be great if we had the option to also enable/disable the 'Require Password' option for Personal Meetings in the Admin Portal instead of just having the option on the RingCentral app wherein the users need to configure the setting on their own. Switch Bluetooth headset when switching meeting from desktop to mobile.
On the desktop I am on a meeting/Webinar. I am paired with Bluetooth headset on the desktop. Now I want to switch to Mobile device for the meeting/webinar. Today I need to unpair BLE headset on desktop and repair it on mobile.
The feature request is to automatically unpair the BLE headset from desktop and pair it with Mobile and vice versa.

Customers have a standing meeting (meeting series) which should have two hosts, as it is a joint meeting of two teams with the same area of responsibility. Ability to Remove or Configure Dial-In Numbers in RCV
In RCM, you had the ability to configure which dial-in numbers display when creating an invite for a meeting (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Meetings-Specifying-Global-Dial-in-Countries.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US). It would be helpful to be able to do this in RCV as well.We would also like the option to remove any dial-in numbers from the RCV meeting invite through the Meetings settings tab in the RC App and Admin Portal. Currently, the only way to do this is to wait for the meeting invite to generate in Outlook/Gmail/etc., and then delete the dial-in numbers manually.

Lossless full screen 4k video sharing on RingCentral Video
We should be able to have lossless 4k video screen sharing on RingCentral Video. i.e. When two users have the same 4k monitor, they should be able to exactly represent the entirety of the sender's screen on the viewer's screen with no boarders or loss of pixels.

Allow sharing of part of screen
Currently RCV allows sharing of full screen or a given app. However, when user has a high resolution monitor (eg 4k/8k), sharing fullscreen means the viewers may not be able to see the screen clearly as it's downscaled to say a FHD display. On the other hand, sharing only 1 app at a time means user has to unshare and share diff apps if their requirement needs multiple apps to be displayed.
Enabling part of the screen share mitigates this by

Presence sync when in events with Ring EX
When you are in events, ideally it should update your Ring EX presence to in a meeting/events etc. Not everyone has calendar presence setup so any time you're in a events session it should ideally update your presence across the Ringcentral portfolio.
