Change display name for video calls
We make video calls to patients/customers using the UC App, the employee making the video call has their name shown on screen, for security staff don't want this to be displayed. The current workaround is to change the staff name within the admin centre, but this impacts live views, analytic reports, etc. Can the account setup have another field for 'display name', which can be either set to 'use account name', or custom, where we can anonymise the staff member details.

The "All-new RingCentral Video Meetings" feature is currently in beta and can only be enabled or disabled on a per-user basis.
Requested Enhancement:
Provide administrators with the ability to enable or disable the "All-new RingCentral Video Meetings" feature at the account level, allowing the setting to be applied to all users simultaneously.

Using the ringcentral scheduler, it just populates the information, but no signature.
There should be an easy way to add the signature on the new outlook using the RingCentral scheduler

Video Calling Permission Control
The customer has requested the ability to restrict video calling at the extension level. Specifically, if any extension user needs to initiate a video call, they should first require permission or approval from an administrator before being allowed to proceed.

Post Video Meeting (RCV) Redirecting Link
This is regarding Case #31106785.
The customer reported that third-party participants who join their personal video meetings via shared links are being redirected to the RingCentral video meeting with the AI sales page after exiting the session.
The customer would like to inquire whether it is possible to customize this behavior, specifically to redirect participants to their own business website instead of the default RingCentral page.

I need RingCentral to do like a direct SMS to ATT for SMS Notification instead of email to text or text to email since it's not available to ATT anymore.

Require Re-Admittance for Participants Rejoining via Personal Meeting ID or Link

Currently, when using a personal meeting link or personal meeting ID, participants who have previously joined a meeting can rejoin automatically without being admitted, even if the host has locked the meeting.We would like to request a feature enhancement that ensures all participants—regardless of prior attendance—are required to be admitted by the host when rejoining a meeting using the same personal meeting link or ID.
