   Meeting transcription is available today as part of the all new Ringcentral Meeting experience, generated automatically when recording is enabled. An admin can enable it in company meeting settings. See Configuring company meeting settings.

   Hi Becky,We have the ringcentral office solution including videoconferencing. I have been told twice today that this option is not available on ringcentral. Please let me know where it is.

   This is fundamental for a modern system. Zoom provides the functionality and so it can't be hard to integrate with ringcentral, as it uses Zoom
