Share video cloud recording with external parties
We would like to share links to cloud meeting recordings as we need to share this information with clients for trainings, for example. We would like to be able to share these meeting recordings without having to download the file and send the recording to the client/customer.

Ring Central Video is too Resource Intensive
The reason for this request is that it seems unrealistic to have to close all other programs in order to have a RC video call work. One of the video attendees said if they attend a Zoom meeting, it is fine. I’m sure the issue is related to computer resources, but I am surprised there would be such a large difference between zoom and RC. We need to have Ring Central Video function like Zoon and not be so resource intensive.

Disable require password for Personal Meetings in the Admin Portal
So far, we only have the option to enable/disable the 'Require Password' option for Scheduled Meetings on the Admin Portal.
It would be great if we had the option to also enable/disable the 'Require Password' option for Personal Meetings in the Admin Portal instead of just having the option on the RingCentral app wherein the users need to configure the setting on their own. Admins should have the option to enable/disable this feature, not just for scheduled meetings but for Personal meetings as well.6 votes -
Switch Bluetooth headset when switching meeting from desktop to mobile.
On the desktop I am on a meeting/Webinar. I am paired with Bluetooth headset on the desktop. Now I want to switch to Mobile device for the meeting/webinar. Today I need to unpair BLE headset on desktop and repair it on mobile.
The feature request is to automatically unpair the BLE headset from desktop and pair it with Mobile and vice versa.

Ability to Remove or Configure Dial-In Numbers in RCV
In RCM, you had the ability to configure which dial-in numbers display when creating an invite for a meeting (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Meetings-Specifying-Global-Dial-in-Countries.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US). It would be helpful to be able to do this in RCV as well.We would also like the option to remove any dial-in numbers from the RCV meeting invite through the Meetings settings tab in the RC App and Admin Portal. Currently, the only way to do this is to wait for the meeting invite to generate in Outlook/Gmail/etc., and then delete the dial-in numbers manually.

Lossless full screen 4k video sharing on RingCentral Video
We should be able to have lossless 4k video screen sharing on RingCentral Video. i.e. When two users have the same 4k monitor, they should be able to exactly represent the entirety of the sender's screen on the viewer's screen with no boarders or loss of pixels.

Use the same Team Name on Video Meeting
Need to have the ability to use the same team name when scheduling a video meeting because we are a medical clinic and would need to schedule the meeting with the patient's name.

Allow sharing of part of screen
Currently RCV allows sharing of full screen or a given app. However, when user has a high resolution monitor (eg 4k/8k), sharing fullscreen means the viewers may not be able to see the screen clearly as it's downscaled to say a FHD display. On the other hand, sharing only 1 app at a time means user has to unshare and share diff apps if their requirement needs multiple apps to be displayed.

Include meetings/video time in Admin Business Analytics
In the Business Analytics reports, I'd like to see the time spent on videos or meetings. The time and calls inbound or outbound currently don't include things scheduled through RC Video.

Availability of Outlook app calendar when scheduling a meeting for Windows 11
Some settings are not available with Windows 11 when using RingCentral app specially on scheduling a meeting.

When MS Exchange account is connected to RC you should have access to all of your meetings, even if they are not RC Meetings
Creating a Teams meeting is pretty much the same thing as creating a Ring Central meeting. It creates a link users can click on to join the meeting, from the browser or the app. When you link your Exchange account to your Ring Central account, you have access to all your future meeting, even if they are not Ring Central meetings. That means users can also see their upcoming Teams meetings. Disable hosts from being able to delete/access meeting recordings
We have meeting hosts who are able to access and delete video meeting recordings. Their doing this will also delete the recording from admin portal. Please implement an access control where only super admins can have access to video recordings and hosts/other participants can send a access request to view the recordings.

The love reaction (a red heart) would be a great addition to RC Video reaction options. MS Teams has this offering.

Floating Reactions Animation
When someone clicks a reaction, an animated version of the chosen emoji floats upwards from the left side of the screen. The animation of reactions allows participants to express themselves visually during a meeting using emojis. All future, scheduled meetings in RingCentral Video should be viewable under the Upcoming Meetings tab, just as previous meetings appear...
... under the Past Meetings tab.. We are a mental healthcare provider and rely heavily on telehealth/RCV. Not all of our counselors are equipped with Outlook or Gmail calendars, so when they schedule a meeting in RCV, they choose Meeting Info for Schedule Using so they can copy/paste into an email to their clients. After they save the meeting, it should appear under Upcoming Meetings, just as Zoom does.
