By default, would like to be offered a few nice aesthetic office space virtual backgrounds. We currently only are offered one that looks like you're literally sitting on the conference room table, so it doesn't look realistic. I found nice ones online, but you have to pay to use them; it'd be nice if Ring offered them by default.

AI note taker
I really love the AI Note Taker feature in phone calls and would love to see it added to the RC Video App. It would greatly improve productivity, allowing participants to focus on engaging in the meeting rather than worrying about taking notes and tracking action items.

Share video cloud recording with external parties
We would like to share links to cloud meeting recordings as we need to share this information with clients for trainings, for example. We would like to be able to share these meeting recordings without having to download the file and send the recording to the client/customer.

Disconnect RCV Participants in Bulk
Add bulk action checkboxes next to participant names in the RCV participants list. This will allow you to select multiple participants and, after clicking the three dots to the right, expose the ability to "disconnect all selected."
Use case: Managers hold a team meeting and would like only managers to stay on and deliberate at the end of the call. This feature would ensure no one lingers and allows participants to be dropped in bulk if necessary.

Conference room H.323/SIP Rooms gone from RC Meeting invites, RC Meetings had been deprecated and we appear to be on RC Video now and as told that only SIP is supported for RCV.

Ring Central Video is too Resource Intensive
The reason for this request is that it seems unrealistic to have to close all other programs in order to have a RC video call work. One of the video attendees said if they attend a Zoom meeting, it is fine. I’m sure the issue is related to computer resources, but I am surprised there would be such a large difference between zoom and RC. We need to have Ring Central Video function like Zoon and not be so resource intensive.

The ability to modify the default format of recorded RingCentral meetings/videos.
Currently, the default setting for recorded meetings/videos is tiled. The customer desires the capability to edit this format, allowing them to enlarge or focus on the main tile featuring the speaker, host, or presentation.

Ability to stay and wait for immediate video meetings
End user's meetings are all immediate and non-scheduled with about 30 clients per day as a therapist

PLEASE allow the "available status" for each producer when we are in active meeting all day
Currently when we are in ring central meeting all day it moves the status of all employees to "in meeting" which does the agency owner no good. I need to see who is available to answer calls and be able to question when they don't. Please allow us to be in meeting all day yet still show AVAILABLE as the status for each employee unless they are otherwise busy

Default for no waiting room
Right now you can only disable waiting rooms and allow users to join before you on a meeting by meeting basis. There should be a default setting to allow this to be the global setting for new meetings.

All scheduled Video Calls should be captured in the Ring Central App
Right now only meetings that are linked with outlook populate on the "Upcoming Meetings" display. If you schedule something it should be there regardless... For instance, I create a meeting and then I just text my friend the meeting ID and they join via the Web... that meeting should still be tracked within the Ring Central Application.

Ability to delete video meetings in bulk
Ability to delete and being able to remove recorded
video meetings in bulk instead of one by one. Curretly
when i'm going to video meetings recording i can only delete it
one by one. We don't have the option to delete or select multiple
video meetings and delete at the same time
