    Thanks for your comments on this ask.We have added Warm Transfer functionality to the RingCentral for Salesforce app! This released in the 6.20.0 version of the application in late June 2022. In order to be able to use Warm Transfer with Swap features in the SFDC app, your Salesforce Admin will need to install the latest version of the installed package into your Org. Then Warm Transfer function will be available to all RingCentral users in Salesforce!
