    Call Recordings for RingCentral are available for playback within the HubSpot ecosystem for each call recording and object that is created with a recording. The recording is always stored on the RingCentral side and is not available to be stored within the HubSpot environment due to storage limits

  3. Why was the non-auto updating MSI removed? We need the desktop app installed to C:\Program Files and want to manage when the updates are deployed.

  4. For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.

    It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

The RingCentral CRM Extension is a great start and getting it to work with NetSuite is awesome, however, it would be even better if the Transcribe and Summarize using AI was built into the plug-in itself and when it took a summary of the call using AI it posted that back to NetSuite or the CRM of your choosing. Right now, it takes both the plug-in and the either the RC Teams or the RC app itself open so when a call comes in both ring at the same time. You then have to manually copy and paste the summary…

As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. DND is the only Teams status that sync's across to RC and drops that status into DND which will achieve the desired result of forwarding calls on for answer via call queues etc. I would like to see the following Teams statuses achieve the same thing.   8. We have downloaded the Hubspot plug-in for the desktop phone app. However, we are not seeing where to activate the AI Notes or transcription option for the plug-in. Hubspot allows for transcription, so we are looking for a better understanding of how the plug-in works in relation to transcription

    1. Click to dial
    2. From the CTI dialer

    It would be great if we have an option to have the Call button from Hubspot working after installing the RC for HubSpot dialer

    The new native Hubspot integration does exactly this! It may require some specific configuration to log immediately, and there could be some specific circumstances in which calls can't be logged immediately (e.g. when you are waiting for a recording to be made available), but this should now be possible.

  12. I am on RingEx premium with Bullhorn integration. I need to know if there is call transcription (other than video meetings) that can be documented in bullhorn notes.

  14. If you are out of the office, using mobile app or not logged in (aka after business hours), and Pipedrive browser is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Pipedrive CRM.

  16. Currently, HubSpot does not support direct 3-way calling. To use this feature, HubSpot requires you to select the calling mode that directs the call to the RingCentral app, which has the 3-way calling functionality.

  17. We need to sync all call records and transcripts done within Ringcentral with Hubspot so all interactions appear on our Hubspot contact records. The problem I've found with all options I have found and tested is that one integration only integrates contact info and the other integration only logs calls done within Hubspot via the Ringcentral for Hubspot integration.

    We need all calls logged, even those done outside of hubspot. For example, if a client calls one of our agents directly on your Ringcentral softphone, we need it logged in hubspot but it doesn't right now. Only if the agent…

    This is now available through the native Hubspot integration. When calls are logged, we provide a link to the call, but we also register the playback URL so that the recording can be played back natively in Hubspot

  20. The request is for the ability to change ringtone settings: off/on, change ringtone, adjust volume. The current ringtone is very loud and sounds like old-school landline.
