Sync Teams Status with RC Status
As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. DND is the only Teams status that sync's across to RC and drops that status into DND which will achieve the desired result of forwarding calls on for answer via call queues etc. I would like to see the following Teams statuses achieve the same thing. Preferable LDAP connection to external LDAP's as well as the system to provide a internal speed dial list which a connection can be established from external devices via the generic SIP user interface e.g. legacy desk phones etc

Silent Install of RingCentral app. via Intunes
Intunes is limited to mobile only, and silent install via intunes is not available. It would be great if silent installation via intunes will be available as it is more easy to execute to the other devices.

Smart Routing Caller ID Number using Embedded App
When the caller dialed the main number and the User needs to callback, the main number will show as the User's Caller ID. When the caller dialed the direct number of the user, the caller ID will be the direct number when the user calls back.

Only Offer Teams Plugin Download After Unable to Detect Plugin
Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue. cardconnect integration
We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)

Give admins not just the system mailbox the ability to delete disabled users in service web that were deleted in active directory
There have been several cases that have cropped up for this issue over the years. This does not seem to be a bug since the user management is inteded to be done on the active directory side though, if we allow an admin to disable the user on the service web portal and this prevents the user from being deleted on the RC side when it has been removed on the AD side that seems to be an issue.The customers believe this should not happen. A feature that shows which party disconnected the call.
A report or a feature from Analytics or from the Portal that would show which party disconnected the call: was it the caller or the called party. This would help us in monitoring the calls.

Exclude Guests from MS Teams Company Contact Sync
Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records. Can Ringcentral integrate a process where the system will also be able to send email notification from the IVR when the call is missed e...
...ven if the customer doesn't connect to an extension?. Apparently the system will only send an email notification once the call is missed from an actual extension, but we want the system to be able to send email notification when missed from the IVR itself. Alot of our customers don't have the patience so they hang up immediately without connecting to an extension. We want to be able to get these missed call notification sent to the email so we can call them back. Thanks

Make all numbers assigned to other users in RingCentral account to appear under my profile in Zapier Integration.
We are using Zapier to integrate with our Airtable scheduling hub. The phone numbers that will appear on the Zapiers integrations are only the numbers assigned to your extension. I need all numbers to appear in Zapier, so that multiple staff can send scheduling SMS messages if needed. Your integration specialist ask that I submit this request to make all numbers or numbers assigned to other users in your RingCentral account to appear under my profile in Zapier Integration. This will be a feature request.

shared lines for Yealink T54W compatibility

As of the moment based on the test we did - T54W with an expansion module is not compatible with Shared Lines.
The phone of the customer has an expansion module they would like to request to also add Yealink T54W with expansion as a compatible phone for shared lines

Force call type/outcome for logged calls | RingCentral for Hubspot
A way to force the call type and call outcome upon logging a call and default these to mandatory. Corporately we are trying to capture reporting on this but because it is not forced people are skipping this step.
