Requesting a feature to display the caller's name on the agent's side when a call is received, and to also display the caller's name in RingCX analytics.

This is a highly needed feature in RingCX. It would be beneficial to have this integration at the queue level, allowing the system to accurately track and provide the actual number of people who have called in.
