    Thanks Rob, AIR is our attempt at addressing all of the pain points you have mentioned. Are you using it now, if so how has the experience been for you overall? Would love to hear more.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the suggestion. If you have specific examples of the AIR not following what was provided in the FAQ, please share them with us so we can investigate it further.
    In regards to the other suggestions about customization and personalization, we are exploring that option for future roadmap updates. What we want to provide is a balance between simple, easy setup and flexibility of configuration and options, such that the product doesn't become too overwhelming to setup.

    Thanks for this suggestion. We are working on enabling recordings for AIR calls, that will be accessible in the AIR web interface directly.

    Hi William and Pete,
    Thanks for the suggestion. I am the PM working on AIR, and this is very good feedback.
    We have a few suggestions that can help:
    * If there are multiple users with the same first name, AIR will usually either mention their full names (if available) or ask the caller to clarify what their full name is.
    * In addition to this, if more info about the user is made available in the User directory, such as their department or job title, AIR can use that as well to correctly identify the person.
    * We use fuzzy search that is more lenient at understanding names and tries to match with the correct user, but there are always opportunities for it to learn and do better.
    * The point which Pete mentioned about alternate name - that is also something we can support if that info is entered into the User directory.
