AI Receptionist_ Speed of response
Customers feedback is that during the conversation between the caller and the receptionist, the AI Receptionist, would take a while to respond. Then, at the end of the conversation, when the caller says thank you, the AI would say, "let me check that for you" before having a closing remarks.

This is a major issue and needs to be addressed sooner than later. To me, it ruins the customer experience when they cannot fully get out what they need to say before being interrupted by the AI agent.

PLEASE fix this soon, the pause between a humans answer and the AI's response is way too slow, to the point the human is confused and the experience is clunky. Speed needs addressing as this could cause us to leave the AIR
