    This is essential, especially for my out of hours team to update affected customers in the middle of the night who would prefer not to have the phone ringing and waking their families to update when things have been resolved but via text message which is less intrusive. We require to have these recorded from a time logging perspective also which is why important to have within the central ring central phone platform. Unsure what the restriction is and why only US and Canada when text is a world wide option for many - please look to get this implemented ASAP. Thanks.
