    We are experiencing an issue where, when we place outbound calls using RingCentral, the recipient's caller ID displays the name “Tea Garden” instead of our correct business name or number. This is causing confusion for our clients and recipients, as the name "Tea Garden" is unrelated to our organization.

    We would like assistance in updating or correcting the outbound caller ID so that the proper business name is displayed to end users when we make calls.
