We are also a new client using RingCentral (technical scientific society) and we also need a feature to sort contacts by last name. Probably the best way would be to dynamically order the contacts by i.e. choosing from a "sort by"-list or a "sort by" preference-setting for the address book. Feature is needed for the Desktop-App and the Teams-Plugin.
