This is a must have as we are a RV Park and most of our customers are on the road driving looking for a spot to stay for the night. This happens to much.

Our business has customers that may speak slow even and the AI will interrupt them as they are speaking to the AI like a human. This is more of a conversation issue as sometimes AI will hear background noise or the radio and not speak and the customer start saying "hello, hello?" Then the AI moves on from answering the question and says "I am here for you." Or "How can I help you?" and frustrates the customer.

There are times AI will answer with a tone like it had a long day and doesn't want to answer the phone (grumpy tone). Can't have this in hospitality.
