I definitely agree calculating minutes for an all day meeting seems archaic. It would be more efficient and save time to be able to pick start and stop times.

It would be a great help if the system would optimize breaks and lunches around events scheduled. Using the meeting scheduler or future activities is not helpful when I have to go back and manually add breaks and lunches for the contact center. Then you still run the risk of an oversight.

It is critical for our business to be able to enter blackout days where no time off is allowed. Not being able to do this can disrupt the business and service level if agents get approved via self-service. Further, this could lead to an issue having to be escalated to HR due to an erroneous approval.

The ability to have the system generate new schedules for one or just a group of agents versus having to generate it for the entire scheduling unit each time would be a huge time saver.
