When using the Ctrl + F to search a phone number or agent name does not always work to find a phone call you're looking for. I have searched several phone numbers and names of my agents and it tells me it cannot find what I am looking for. Then after scrolling through the whole page searching I ended up finding it myself.
There needs to be more filters added to the RingCX Analytics, such as searching by phone number, agent name, date, time of phone call. It would make this process a lot easier if there were more filters when trying to find a specific phone call.
