It's great to get reporting on individuals but if you have 100+ employees and you need to see the call KPI's for the Reimbursement Department, I have to find each person who works in that department and add their numbers up separate from everyone else and total them. Doing this manually EVERY WEEK, makes no sense when this can be easily automated. We put a man on the moon, I'm sure you can total numbers by Department. Thank you
