There is an option in the CX web interface to forward Queue Calls to an External Number. If the DID entered is the RingEX Direct Dial, it will ring through the Mobile App. Functionality for Dispositioning calls is lost, however it was a neat workaround. RingCX should have a Mobile App integration without a workaround.
