This can be accomplished. I am new to RC and our engineer was able to accomplish for us. The systems checks hours then holiday hours and emergency closings to see if we are operating. If we enable the holiday hours or emergency shutdown, the systems plays the proper workflow recording and sends our members to the after hours IVR.
