To add to this idea, having a remote way to activate the Emergency Shutdown would make sense. For example, if there was a fire in the location of the team/Admin, they more than likely wont be activating the Emergency Shutdown option whilst evacuating the building. A dedicated number with an ID to remotely close the contact centre, or something similar which would give the Admin access away from the Desktop would be a great benefit in that type of scenario?
