    Ring Central can implement the Fax delete safety feature like iphone delete pictures or move to recently deleted to be deleted 40days in iPhone, Microsoft windows delete files that files to be moved to trash bin and stayed until confirm delete again.

    This feature is very critical - Instead of immediately delete the fax or all faxes can yRing Central move them in the temporary delete folder or will be deleted 30 days when they marked and pop up message to let user know what going to do. This is a safety feature that Ring Central can easy to implement for users better than building the Recovery Feature. Download & archive the fax is good for long term storage.
