    Thanks so much for sharing this suggestion! I’m happy to let you know that we’ve added it to our product roadmap for the upcoming quarter. We’ll update this thread and let you know here as soon as it’s live for our customers.

    We need the report to closely match the format and content of the report we previously received from CallRail. I have emailed it to your support team so it should be on file. Currently, there is no way to customize the columns of the report or move them around.

    Additionally, we require the ability to have the report sent to a dedicated email address. At this time, it appears this functionality is not currently available either.
