Automated reports for RingSense managers
Automated and customizable reports that can be scheduled for delivery to RingSense managers via email daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

We need the report to closely match the format and content of the report we previously received from CallRail. I have emailed it to your support team so it should be on file. Currently, there is no way to customize the columns of the report or move them around.
Additionally, we require the ability to have the report sent to a dedicated email address. At this time, it appears this functionality is not currently available either.

Our Regional directors would like to have the ability to receive automated reports that show negative metrics and trackers that are being tagged with URL links that direct them to the call. The reports should include the total calls per location or extension and the percentage of how many of those calls were tagged by the trackers.
Our biggest trackers are Competitor Mentions and Gatekeeping
They want to have a visual of how many calls are being tagged and why.

A email summery of the moderate & negative metrics would be helpful. I would like to see a URL of the calls that have less than positive metrics.
