We run a B2B workflow where our customers call multiple times a day to speak with our scheduling team. We have been getting complaints from our customers for months that the hold music is too lough, causing them to have to pull the phone away from their ears while waiting on hold. Being able to control the hold music volume would solve this issue. It's truly a critical issue for us because we are not the only vendor they can call for scheduling, which means if we continue to annoy them with loud music, they will start to utilize other vendors causing a hit to our core business. We really need this feature which should not be terribly hard for your devs to implement.
