Unable to send Text message

Send "UNABLE TO SEND" text error message to sender when a text is sent to a ringcentral number who opted to have their text disabled. Especially for old contacts that was able to send text before the new text rules was applied.

If caller enters no action, connect to operator delay should be adjustable (it's currently around 10 seconds)

It would be good to adjust the delay as some people would want a shorter delay, or no delay at all to speed up the call.
