Add a call log for a video meeting

Attendance of Participants on RingCentral video meeting whether they call in or use video. The names of the participants do not currently show on the video recording that is viewed by participants unable to make the meeting.

track how many rings the phone has before it is answered on average

We want to know that our sales staff are answering the phone quickly. It would be great to track this.

It would be nice to have the ability to create a report (and export to excel) showing the number of calls received by hour per date, example below. This can easily be used to gauge how busy our team is by hour with calls. 6:00 7:00 8:00 9:00 10:00...

Subscriptions Weekdays Only

Would be great to be able to schedule subscriptions for weekdays only so I don't get unnecessary reports in my inbox over the weekend.

Live Queue Agent/Monitoring

RingCentral really should create a dashboard like this one (see attached) which would show the last time a call was taken by each agent.
