RingCentral Deskphones and RingCentral Phone Applications are not synced. When answering a call on the computer application, the deskphone display 'Missed Call'.

You don't need to alert me to a "missed" call for those I intentionally sent to voicemail. Or at least give me a toggle that lets me choose if I want it to be listed as such.
