We need to be able to stop sending SMS messages to customers who reply with "STOP". We also need to ensure SMS messages are not sent to people on the federal Do Not Call list.

Add the option to use SFDC mobile to call in Ringcentral

There is a quick action in the mobile app to call with Ringcentral. It doesn't work. The call should be logged to SFDC after the call complete, with the same functionality as the desktop browser version.

Add text/SMS messages to the call log

In the admin call log add inbound and outbound SMS messages. It would be nice to see who is texting and what is being said while looking at all of the calls/faxes made.
