Add a filter for monthly reports to drill down to business hours only in lieu of 24 hour period inclusive

Today, I can get daily reports and filter by the hours of the day. I cannot do that for a roll up of performance of our call center at the monthly level for Sr Management level reporting

Not available Keystroke command

In my unit, we are constantly at our desks and then away taking orders, then talking with builders. Adding a keyboard command to put the app in the Not Available mode would be very beneficial

Increase size of Local Connect Buckets

Increase the number of local DIDs in Local Connect buckets. Increasing the number of DIDs assocaited with a campaign with reduce downstream carrier throttling for high volume customers.

Playback Speeds for Recorded Meetings:

Please re-enable the playback variable speed feature with the new ring central platform. Previously, you could listen to a meeting at 1x, 1.5x and 2.0x speeds. This is time-saving, when meetings are 2.5 hours long.
