Add a link to the subscription report to have a ready only view of the web page and tie the permissions to the report recipients. This way the recipient could drill down into each call for more details.
We have an IVR menu for after hours and find that many callers will not use the IVR and will hang up during the IVR messages. We would like to have missed call notifications so we can be proactive and call back those missed calls.
On-demand recording for specific users for both phone call and meetings
This will be helpful in complying to client's privacy. We should be able to choose what user extension can use on-demand recording for both phone calls and video meetings.
Currently, robocall blocking must be enabled one at a time for user extensions. It would be easier if this setting (and trusted numbers) could be applied through a user template to many users.

Often, calls which don't leave a voicemail message result in 1-3 minutes of an empty, "dead air" message. This uses up incoming toll-free minutes for no benefit. RC should detect there is no message being left and drop the call after 15-20 seconds.

Please add drag and drop functionality to the fax feature in the Ring Central App
The Ring Central Classic App had drag and drop functionality for outgoing faxes. This has been lost with the transition to the new app and should be built into it.
