It's really an issue. We have gatekeepers that field initial calls, and then transfer to the appropriate rep. The problem is that the call recording STOPS at the transfer. That is just crazy. We need this fixed asap!

We would love to be able to configure Notifications for Received Text Messages, to not send notifications for specific numbers.As there are a few numbers that we SMS all the time. (My team members), and I do not need notifications for them.
Let people join/start meetings even if the host is "busy"
It's really annoying when our team is trying to do our daily meeting, but no one can join because the host is "in another meeting". What's the point of that? Just makes life harder for no reason and makes us not want to use RingCentral.
We have a whole-company chat where people post irrelevant, IT issues every day. I do not need to be notified when someone posts there, but if I turn off the badge notifications for that, it also gets turned off for all other individuals and groups...
