Answering calls from apple watch RC App

Need to enable answering calls from Apple watch RC App, which ideally helps to answer my calls while walking around or when my phone on my pocket to answer sales calls quicker. Getting incoming calls notification only is not help at all.

A feature needs to be added to the RC platform to allow for Cost Centers of an account to change the caller ID CNAM to identify that particular group/company with a different name than the corporate company.
