It would be nice to be able to program a desk phones softkey features on an individual and group level. Or the ability to access a provisioning server to setup the configurations.

Looking to have option for key press feature on individual extensions
We would like to have the option to press 1 for leaving a voicemail on an extension and press 2 to be routed to a call queue. Key press isn't available on individual extensions currently.

It would be helpful to copy the phone number directly from the call list.Currently, the only way to copy the number of a caller is to click on that call, open the call details, and copy from there, which takes extra clicks.
