Add columns to the LOB analytics to display length of time voicemail sits in "new status"- average, max and minimum. This would help us monitor staff response time to inbound calls that go to voicemail.
We would like to be able to change the dates globally on a dashboard without also having to change hours or days of the week for day segmentation analysis.
Retain Caller ID information regardless of blind/warm transfer type
When transferring calls, Caller ID information is only passed on blind transfers. It would be helpful if the caller ID information was passed to the new recipient regardless of transfer type.

Needs more information
It would be helpful if the chat feature on a companies website would be tied to the phone, that way when someone is off (Do Not Disturb) they would not be in the queue to receive chats.
