It would be helpful to have an aspect where during a meeting notes can be jotted down and shared with the audience that later can be downloaded to a word doc, etc.

Educators use this. Bring back the whiteboard, bring back the range of annotation features. Make it easier to mute participants. The sound is too sensitive.
