2 ideas... Make break-out rooms permanent - Give members access to join their own breakout rooms
Breakout rooms can be time consuming to set up repeatedly.Fixed, accessible breakout rooms allow members to join with less set-up time.This should be for global membership.

Allow to pick their own breakout rooms is key. People can then have one on one conversations and need interrupt the group in the main room. Do not have to reassign a room each time someone wants to meet with a new person. If two groups need to meet outside the main room, again, moderator wouldn't have to reassign.
