  2. Report Summary could have sentences with links to full messages for possibility to read details.
    Problem: I see summary but how can I read details? How to find right message or place in chat history ?

  3. Ability to have the option to remove the verbal prompt or whisper when it records and transcribes the phone calls. In New York, the law does not require that both people on the call have to be aware that it is being recorded. I don't want them to hear the whisper as it might make them feel uncomfortable.

    I would also like the option to use this function on my physical desk phone, if possible.

  4. Hey All, I have a customer using RIngSense for scoring calls and they were wondering if an Admin has the ability to control their users notifications settings.

    This article was all I coudl find and through my own exploring I could not find a way for admins to adjust this for their users.

    Use case - The managers want to be able to score these calls but not have their users be aware that the calls have been scored.

    This is for Better Business Bureau who has around 100 users today but looking to expand in future.

    I'm pleased to announce that this is now available in RingSense.


    As a RingSense admin, you can go to admin settings -> People -> Users. From here, select specific set of people and disable their notifications from the action menu bar at the top of the table.

  5. New customers would like to use the RingSense AI as offered to them when signing up.
    Upon checking with the RS engineering team we are advices that:

    • Early Access program, please note that their early access period will be ending in October. Please make sure customers are aware that their free beta access to these features (SmartNotes, AI Writer, and AI Summaries) will be removed in October. Updates will be provided soon

  6. Customer Feedback from a RS demo ---

    (RingSense) needs an "ask me anything" chat-like feature for post-call action items
    - ex: can ask ringsense "what closing questions could I have asked to win that deal?", "write me a follow-up email with next steps and a recap"

  7. The Customer raised a concern that they weren't notified properly in regards to the AI assistant implementation.
    There were no warnings that the AI feature will be applied to their phone system. This has affected their HIPAA compliance.
    Now, The Customer wants to have an automated notification that a feature has been added on their account, preferably via E-mail.

  8. Currently, in order to get next steps and Q&A from RCV, you need to have RingSense for Sales. Customers are asking for this to be part of the RingSense EX as they don't want all the extra features from RingSense for Sales.

  9. Currently if you delete an AI note from a phone call it also deletes that call from your call history. I would like to see these separated so you can delete the note but leave the call in your call history if needed.

  12. Ideally, I would like to choose between average time by minutes, or % of the call with Filler words, or number of times the filler words have been spoken.
    If I click on this number, it should offer to show spot (either in the talk track or in the transcript where and what filler words were spoken).

The RingSense for Sales Dashboard is good however it would be useful to add filtering capabilities (could be in multiple tabs) for specific trackers (like new product, like cancellation/RMA, like softskills I want to watch over) while using the same Goals. As such, it would make search for my next calls/meeting to review faster.
    Example: My Goals is to review all calls with tracker A, B and C with the negative sentiment and with a rating between 0 and 5.
    However, I want to track the new product "Blue" or specific individual (on my watch list) or they never talk…

  14. Customer feedback: Have an API that sends the transcript to Salesforce. RingSense to send call transcripts to Salesforce.

    Significance: Once the call has successfully been transcripted by RingSense the entry should be sent or integrated with Salesforce.

  16. Similar to how RingSense AI for Sales has Deals (or in combination with). It would be amazing to add insights from messaging / chats into RingSense.

    If it's tied to a deal as well it could allow for everyone to be on the same page.
    On large complex projects there may be many groups working on it and side conversations. If a project manager and an implementation manager had a side conversation about progress update and timelines, in one of the groups a concern is escalating up, or a particular person is going to be out / who their backup…
