Enable hyperlink to External URL column for RingCX Outbound dialer
When uploading leads, enable automatic hyperlinking for values in the auxExternalURL column. This will allow users to click the URL directly from the UI rather than copying and pasting it manually.

dialer unit work list campaigns
Ability to have unit work list dialler campaigns, where a supervisor can allocate within a campaign list agents to work certain units. i.e allocate a sub section of agents within a campaign to a unit location (MK). This will allow supervisors to run a single campaign but target records within it.

RCX agent have the ability to select which campaign to work.
In RingCX, agent do not have the ability to choose which campaign they can work on if in case there are more campaigns in the dial group they are working on.
It would be better if agent have the ability to choose which campaign they will be working on for the day since it is also tidious in creating different dialgroup per campaign.

Lead Manager Automation
Ability to automate the lead manager from the Admin page OR have the historical reports be able to pull in all leads, regardless of if they were dialed. Currently the historical reports will only provide leads if they have at least 1 dial.
We want to provide our client with a file of all leads and lead data daily, without manually needing to download.

RingCX Dialer Completed Lead list Notification
Add a feature to enable RingCX Dialer notifications when a lead list has been completed.
Currently, Admins and Supervisors manually check the lead list to determine if there are any incomplete leads remaining. This new feature would automate the process, improving efficiency and reducing the need for manual oversight.

Ability to use different Pre-Recorded voicemail messages within a RingCX campaign
At the moment, it's only possible to have 1 pre-recorded voicemail message within each campaign. If we're dialing the same recipient multiple times, it starts to sound spammy/illegitimate when it's the exact same voicemail message. It would be nice to be able to have multiple voicemail recording to chose from. This could be as simple as adding 3 or 4 recordings that are chosen at random, or as intuitive as pick recording 1 for the 1st time, pick recording 2 for the second time, etc.

ENGAGE VOICE predictive dialer
When the predictive dialer (with voicemail detection on) detects a voice mail and leaves an automated message, the system disposition is set to "MACHINE" and the lead status is set to "COMPLETE". We do not want these leads to be considered complete.We would like to have a separate option for predictive dialer (with voicemail detection on) when it detects a voice mail and leaves an automated message.There should be another option aside from being tagged as complete.
