   In the US, why can't Ring Central detect the originating/destination state using the guidelines:
   https://recordinglaw.com/united-states-recording-laws/ ANd only make the announcement if required?

   A meeting host can invite a teammate into a live meeting by searching their name, using Smart Invite. This is available in the RingCentral app on mobile, and coming soon to desktop and browser in July 2026.
