    YES! How has this not been added as a default feature and has taken 2 years to be "under review" is beyond me.

    At the moment, as a recipient of a warm transfer, we have no idea if the caller has been passed to us or if we are still talking to the person doing the transfer.

    It would be good if we get an audio cue on both ends of the transfer so we can tell if the call has been transferred successfully or not.
