   Thanks for this suggestion. Remote control during screen sharing is available today, but only when both the person sharing and the person requesting control are on the RingCentral desktop app.

   We have individuals located in geographically dispersed areas and it is very helpful to use RC for remote IT support. Please add Remote Control during meetings to RC Video
