    We have found that any member of staff can create a group chat. We would like the ability for only management (selected personnel) to be able to create and moderate the group chats.Following on from this we would also like selected personnel to be able to access any group chat that is on the system. In order to be able to monitor or delete when needed.This should really be a standard feature and I am not really sure why this is not available.

    I posted something similar, and it has been merged with this post. We would like the same feature along with the ability to limit who can actually create chat groups. In fact it should be the other way round. It should not be standard that anyone can create a group it should be a privilege added to someone's account. These should all be standard features on the platform. I believe from demos I have seen it is standard with Ring Centrals competitors.
