Currently, RingCentral allows users to change the skin tone for gesture and human emojis (e.g., 👍, 👏, 👋). However, standard smiley faces (e.g., 😊, 😂, 🤔) remain strictly yellow. While this aligns with traditional emoji standards, some users feel that the lack of diversity options for the face-based emojis limits full personal expression and inclusivity during daily communication.
To match the inclusive experience found on platforms like iOS/iPhone (where certain human-like face emojis can be modified), RingCentral should expand skin tone customization to include face-based emojis.

Implement Concurrent Edit Prevention / Real-Time Syncing for Tasks in RingEX
As a RingEX user collaborating within a shared team or conversation, I want the system to seamlessly handle simultaneous edits on tasks (either through real-time co-authoring synchronization or by actively locking a task while another user is editing it), so that my team members do not accidentally overwrite, erase, or lose each other's progress.
Current Pain Point / Behavioral Gap:

Business SMS Booster (Shared SMS Inbox) Functionality on RingCentral Mobile App
Our organization actively uses the Business SMS Booster feature, and it works well within the RingCentral Desktop App, where the Shared SMS Inbox is fully accessible.
However, the Shared SMS tab does not appear on the RingCentral Mobile App, preventing users from accessing or responding to shared SMS messages while away from their computer.Please enable full support for the Business SMS Booster / Shared SMS Inbox on the RingCentral Mobile

To have an option to have the external incoming calls to be routed directly to voicemail when a user is in a meeting status, while internal calls should continue to ring the user.

Disable the "*" Asterisk Command
I am currently trying to verify my account information, but I am unable to proceed because pressing the asterisk (*) key triggers an outbound phone call instead of allowing me to continue the verification process.
Is there a way to disable or change this setting in RingCentral so that the asterisk key can be used for verification without initiating a call? Any guidance on adjusting this configuration would be greatly appreciated.

Feature Request: Admin Email Notifications for "Report Issue" Submissions
Currently, when a user utilizes the "Report an Issue" feature within the RingCentral Desktop or Mobile app, the diagnostic logs and descriptions are sent directly to RingCentral Support. Company Administrators have no visibility into these reports unless the user manually notifies the IT team. We are requesting an automated notification system that alerts designated Admins whenever a user on their account submits a report.

Voicemail Visibility from Standalone Extensions in RingCentral App
Customer is requesting an enhancement to allow voicemail/message-only (standalone) extensions to be visible within other users’ RingCentral apps, specifically so that voicemails left on a voicemail/message-only extension can be accessed and viewed directly from other extensions’ RingCentral applications. Currently, these voicemail messages are not appearing in other users’ apps, and the customer is requesting consideration of a feature that enables shared or cross-extension voicemail visibility within the RingCentral app to improve message accessibility and collaboration.

Have numbers show up as "From" on RollOver calls.
When calls RollOver to another queue, they do not show the number that it is trying to RollOut too. This used to be a feature in the old RingCentral Phone App. The app should in include a "From" to indicate that the call came from one extension, and rolled to another.

Customizable Font Size for Call Queue Notifications
Introduce the ability to increase the font size or customize the visual styling of the "To: [Queue Name]" label on incoming call pop-ups.
This would allow users to instantly identify which queue a call is originating from without having to scan small text during high-volume periods.
Proposed Solution
Independent Font Scaling: Add a setting under Accessibility specifically for "Incoming Call Notifications" to increase the font size of the Queue Name.
Bold/High-Contrast Options: Provide a toggle to "Bold" the destination field in the incoming call notification.

Reduce the loading time for RC embedded app in Microsoft Teams
When using the RC Embedded app on Microsoft Teams, it take about 10 seconds for the app to load and to be ready for usage.
Can you work on reducing this loading time to 5 seconds or less in future releases?
