  1. Having a copy of the document that was faxed attached to the Fax Message Transmission Result email will be very helpful. In our case, as a law firm, we need to add a copy of that email to the case as proof that the fax was sent successfully. Having the document attached to the confirmation email will make it easier for the Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys to identify which case that fax belongs to.

  2. This is useful because sometimes you need to reference a dinosaur in a chat. This would benefit me specifically as I recently needed to reference a dinosaur and couldn't. It should work by clicking the emoji button and scrolling down to animals and at least 4 dinosaur options should be available (minimum of T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops)(Pteranodon if a 5th is an option). Also a T-Rex with grabber arms would be nice (it's funny because T-Rex's have short arms.)

  4. Customers want to add additional settings or enhance the existing keyboard shortcuts in the RingCentral app, so that they may use customized hotkeys to answer calls even while they are working on another application, and even if the app is closed, it should work.

    The presence status automatically changes from "green" to "grey(offline)" after 15 minutes of inactivity, although the user is working on the PC (app in the background)

    Request:
    The change of the presence status in case of inactivity must be freely configurable (after time or no change) include the option to deactivate.

If a RingCentral call is received while in a Focus mode, the RingCentral app can still vibrate and audibly ring the device.On Android, a user can allow the RingCentral app through Do Not Disturb.   9. I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose.   10. When you have the desktop App and the Plug-In parallel working and you have a call/conference started on the desktop App, the presence status on the Plug-In does not change - (much more you somebody can call you - you know: no consistent busy management as we know - other topic).

  11. We are applying for TCR SMS for our company. I was just told that ONLY 1 extension can send out SMS from the main company number. This is not very useful since we need multiple users to be able to send out SMS from the main company number!

  15. Currently at your support website, the limitation of your fax pages we should be able to send is up to 200. I've tested this multiple times, but it always fails to send despite not exceeding the size limit. I've contacted support about this but they're recommendation is to break the faxes by batch making it 100 pages per fax. A feature which allows us to send faxes with more than 100 pages on it per fax will be greatly appreciated.

  17. We see area codes, sometimes many for a single country, and even if the visible area codes are enabled it just says that the user is 'not authorized to make the call'. We have to call in to determine that the number is blacklisted for fraud and a form request must be sent in to the fraud team to unlock the blocked number.If a different message presented, or if the billing area included the codes that are blacklisted, it would just make this easier to know that a request needs to be sent to whitelist the number. New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls.
