It would be helpful to allow us to set up meetings so that the window of the person speaking doesn't have an external shadow and 'pop' forward every time they speak. In an active conference, this can be very distracting. Perhaps use an in-the-frame shadow rather than an outside-the-frame shadow, and allow the frame pop-out to be turned off?
