Using the ringcentral scheduler, it just populates the information, but no signature.
There should be an easy way to add the signature on the new outlook using the RingCentral scheduler

Create a feature that allows users to rewind and replay a live RCV meeting
Users would like to be able to reply to the last 10-15 seconds (or go back further) during a live recorded meeting so that they can quickly recall something that was said, shown, or discussed. Similar to how people use streaming services today, users would like a timeline bar on the bottom of the screen for live meetings that they can use to quickly rewind a live meeting to go back and hear/see something from earlier in the meeting. While reviewing the meeting history, the reviewer should be allowed to select different playback speeds so that they have the option…

Numbers to indicate the order in which hands were raised
When multiple people raise their hands, the hands should be numbered by the order in which people raised their hands. This allows a presenter to answer questions in the order in which people raise their hands.

Hi,I would like to share an idea to have a webhook feature for ringcentral meetings/video events such as [meeting started/ended, member joined/ left and etc]. So the consumers of ringcentral video api's would have benefits of more control and they can perform pre/post meetings tasks.

Hide Name/Alias labels for privacy
Some competitors have a feature where they can hide or change the name of the host of the meeting.
The use case is:
1. Customer is in healthcare and offers telehealth services.
2. The host of the meeting wants to protect their own privacy by hiding their full name to customer/patient. They would like to show just first name or similar.

Ability to disable "unmute with spacebar" in RCV meetings
If a user is typing while in a meeting, sometimes the spacebar triggers the microphone to unmute unintentionally. We should have an option to disable that feature in the RCV settings. It doesn't need to be completely removed as it is a convenient feature, but it can be troublesome when in meetings as a listening party only.

Assign co-host in RingCentral Video
Would like to add the feature to add a co-host on RingCentral Video when scheduling a meeting. This is when I am on a vacation and has a scheduled recurring meeting. I do not want to stay on meeting first before assigning someone as host moderator.

Limit Permission Features for certain users
The request is to be able to limit what certain users have access to. Specifically, in customer facing industries such as banking or stock trading. One thing a typical user would need to be limited from doing would be recording or not sharing the application. Others, such as those in management, can record meetings and share applications.

Customize the Email Invite and make default for RingCentral Meetings for ALL users

Integrate with Video Editor Apps
With video content creation, podcasts and multi-media videos being more important it would be a huge time saver to export recorded videos directly to Descript. This is the biggest podcast editing app. And they have direct integration with other platforms. Why not allow RC recorded videos become more utilized versus Zoom which is the defacto standard for tons of podcasters and companies.

Request annotation from Presenter
If you have someone presenting who isnt familiar with the technology but needs to share screen you may need to be able to request annotation to help steer them toward the right things to click on the screen. showing a pop up that they just have to approve is easier than trying to direct them to the right things to click

While in a meeting, show duration of the meeting
When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not.

Enable and Disable Virtual Background with a simple switch or keyboard shortcut
If I use virtual backgrounds and need to use a secondary camera to show features on a phone or how to perform a task, etc... I need to go in to video settings to click off virtual backgrounds before I can switch the camera. This is time consuming and painful. If I don't need to modify any of the virtual background settings, I should be able to easily toggle the background on or off with a switch or keyboard shortcut.

Hide Non - Video Participants
Currently the Ring Central platform shows cell phone number as two separate users. In other planforms there is a way to "Hide Non-Video Participants". I suggest that Ring Central add a way to hide the cell phone numbers of those who enter a video call using their cell.

It would be nice to move a phone caller into an assigned breakout room, otherwise they stay in the main meeting room.

Auto-hide particpant boxes and control bar at botton via a setting
Both the participant boxes and the controls bar at the bottom take up valuable real-estate. All the shared screen to take all the entire screen and auto-hide the participants and control bar, or do this via setting.
