Provide full screen viewing of shared screen - hide toolbar
I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. Move chat and participant pop ups out of the main RC window
If chat or participant pop ups are open it covers other participants and shared screen. Allowing to move pop ups out side of main RC window allows one to leave these open.

Update status in app when in a webinar
Right now, I have the RingCentral app open and my status is "Available" while I'm in a RingCentral webinar as a participant. It would be great, while the app is open, to show some other status similar to a video status that automatically updates and lets my contacts know that I'm not available, but in a "video" meeting. It would be a bonus if there was an icon instead of just a red circle, so that there was more information provided to all contacts.

Pin Video on Top
Make the video screen able to be made smaller to a "tile" of the speaker so it fits easily over other screens/pages while in full screen. For example, I want to be able to see the video while also looking at and interacting with a web page in full screen.

Merge separate audio call with user
If a user joins the audio by phone, the moderator should be able to merge that phone number with the correct participant instead of seeing it as 2 participants (1 participant and 1 phone number)

Add Pause button to screen sharing
sometimes...it's helpful for the presenter to be able to pause their screen share to check something really quick in another open window on their screen.

Support for Safari (mobile and desktop)
The request is to support the Safari browser, as then end-users will be able to join meetings without the need to install anything other than stock applications.

Rearrange video windows around on screen
It'd be helpful to be able to rearrange windows on a meeting screen. I like to have my window low or off to the side and have key peoples' windows near the top as it appear more natural to look at the top of the screen (where the camera sits on top of my monitor) rather than looking down in the bottom corner or whatever.

Gallery view option via RCV once we record a meeting instead of showing 4 most recent speakers only.

RCV option to show only participants with video on
The request is to dynamically scale active video participants to use larger tiles while non-video participants use smaller ones. When joining a large meeting where there are only a few people on video, it is visually undesirable to see so much dead space on the screen, and such small video tiles for the few people on video. As an outcome, the meeting experience will be enriched for end-users because they will be able to better see those who need to be seen.

Save closed captions of a meeting to a text file
Having the closed captions as a file will make it easier to record minutes,

Show first the participants who are sharing their video
In ordering the participants' video displays on my screen, it would be much more useful to have all the participants sharing video first, followed by the ones who aren't.

Allow Moderators to Control Breakout Rooms
The moderator function doesn't have the ability to manage or set-up breakout rooms. Without the previous co-host or the ability to assign a new actual host, this means that breakouts cannot be used if the host has to leave a meeting.

Providing music mode for audio
Would like to have a music mode option for audio to help optimize sound quality when someone is playing a musical instrument. We've had this option with other services and it works really well.

Allow video screen to be "pinned" to make it easy to multi-task
The old RC, for Mac desktops, allowed us to minimize the video screen. Once minimized it would become almost thumbnail size and "stick" as you navigated various windows and other apps on your computer. Now it will truly minimize and disappear. This is not convenient.

Hide Meeting Participants w/o Cameras
Webex has a feature where individuals who do not have a webcam can be moved to the side so that the attendees who DO have their cameras appear larger.

Enhanced video sound
I tried to play a video during my meeting just now and they couldn't hear the audio well and couldn't understand the video. I had to stop the video.On RC Meetings, they had an option to "optimize video/sound" and it always worked great when trying to show a video.

Participant Org Details When Hover
It would be useful to be able to click or hover over a participants thumbnail and get a pop up of their title, organization etc. just like we do when we hover in Glip or Outlook email - so I can figure out what department a new speaker I've never seen before is in
