    Hi Team,I need a notification as a beep sound everytime there is a call waiting on the Queue before the same is answered by the available agent. Currently Ring central doesn't have the same however I have used this functionality with Twilio wherein when the supervisor isn't on the live monitoring queue tab, it becomes very challenging to know and It is really hard to be watching the queue all the time as we have other priorities to work on. It will be great if there is a beep sound so that we become aware of the call and have the team to quick answer the same
