An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Lauren commentedWhen in the Ring Central desktop app, when recieving a message there should be a notification that "sticks" until cleared (as does on a phone). Currently the pop up notification disappears and there is no other indicator that a new message has arrived- causing some missed messages. To clarify: When messaging under "Direct Messages" between people in the office. When the app is open in the background/minimized there is no way to show that a message is waiting to be read.
