I am not a fan of herding cats. Please extend the 24-hour expiration of invitation emails to 72 hours or more, or allow this to be admin-configurable. Nobody wants to keep logging into RingCentral to look for new users to resend activations to, or to have to drop what they are doing because a user finally decided to activate, but their link expired.
Users creating their own free accounts also prevents us from creating paid accounts with that same email address. And admins have no visibility into how many users have actually done this.
