I incorporated a profile picture, and now am learning that RingCentral does not allow you to revert back to having no profile picture. The edit button only allows you to choose a new photo. A user shouldn't be committed to having a profile picture, and should have the opportunity to make that decision, and change when needed. At the very least, there should be a warning before confirming a photo to know they will at all times moving forward need to have some photo displayed.
