  1. To improve the user experience for both hosts and attendees, we recommend adding a default reminder of 15 minutes before the session begins to the calendar invitations generated for webinars. Currently, the calendar invites do not include any reminder, which can lead to users forgetting or missing the session. By implementing this change, attendees will receive a timely reminder, increasing attendance and reducing the likelihood of missed sessions. This feature can be set as a default but should also remain customizable for those who prefer to modify or remove the reminder as needed.

  2. The Webinar for Meeting does have an option to set up recurring sessions: https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/9312.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_Meetings_Webinar&language=en_US

    It would be helpful if we will have the same capability in Webinar for RCV

  4. Even RC employees are struggling with UX with translation feature for Q&A, so next points:
    - can translation be set to default language of customer? by his/her RC settings
    - make this feature more user-friendly in Webinars UI, for now it's not so native and takes time to point colleagues to exact button

  7. When creating webinar events that require registration, those events don't have the option to be recurring and assign different dates for each session. I would like to see an option that allows registrants to sign up once and they get invited to all sessions of the recurring webinar.

In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. But this means that they cannot get back to…

  14. Customers have a standing meeting (meeting series) which should have two hosts, as it is a joint meeting of two teams with the same area of responsibility. Normally it is fine, that there is only one host, but in certain situations it would be important to have a second host or a co-host:Planned absence of the host; e.g. vacation, training, …Unplanned absence of the host; e.g. sick leave, …In this situation there should be a controlled conference moderation with the co-host having the necessary rights

I have a Poly Sync 20-M (the Teams version), and other video conferencing apps that I use (Teams, Zoom, etc.) will sync the mute button on the speaker with the mute control in the app. So if I press the mute button in the app with my mouse, the speaker turns red and the mute indicator lights. If I then push the mute button on the speaker, it will turn off mute in the meeting app.

  19. I need webinars to contain breakout rooms, preferably with links that participants can click on, so that my cohost doesn't have to assign each person into a breakout room. Breakout rooms are currently only available in Video Meetings, but this doesn't help me for my Webinar 500 subscription. Most webinars these days will need breakout rooms, especially for professional development.

  20. Ability to change the speaker box and display box sizes during webinar - sometimes I want to focus on the speaker, sometimes the content. I want to be able to make realtime changes to the screen space being used for content and speakers.
